Established in 2001 after a long dairy farming heritage, Ghinni Wines is a sincere farming family business.
The winery produces quality fruit and vegetable liqueurs using fresh fruit sourced primarily from the farm orchard and other local growers' including organic specialists.
Flavours include: blueberry, orange, plum, lemon, and honey mead. Previous vintages include limited raspberry and private bin mead. King mulberries are developing fast in the orchard to add even more fructose to the fruit driven liqueur flavours.
The winery is located by the Manning River offering a beautiful outlook and is easily accessible via the Pacific Highway just north of Taree.
